There’s a different rhythm to the South Coast midweek.

Wake slowly and tuck into your breakfast hamper on the balcony, with house-baked sourdough and the cows grazing in the paddocks below.

Wander down for a barista-made coffee and a wine tasting for two. Put your $100 dining credit towards a long lunch overlooking the vines, buy some wine from the Cellar Door, or enjoy lunch in the Wine Garden - the choice is yours

Then head for the coast, explore Milton, book a massage or sauna - or don’t go anywhere at all. Finish that book or take an afternoon nap.

The next day?

Do it all again. Or do very little.

That’s the beauty of having two nights.

Upgrade to an Estate Villa with your own outdoor bath.

After a day exploring the coast, pour a glass of wine, sink into a warm bath and watch the stars come out over the Estate.

The Midweek Reset Package is available for stays between 1st Sept and 30th Nov 2026, however long weekends aren't available. Some other blackout periods may apply. Choose your preferred dates in the booking calendar to see if the Midweek Reset is available.

Rates will vary throughout the stay period. Starting from $879 for a two night package for 2 guests sharing the bed.

A breakfast hamper will be in your villa on arrival for you to enjoy throughout your stay. Two barista coffee vouchers will be in your room for you to use each day of your stay. 

The $100 dining credit will be deducted from your final room account. Charge back items from the Dining Room or Wine Garden to use the credit during your stay. No refunds for unused credit are available.

Book your included wine tasting for two in the Cellar Door between 11am and 4pm.

This package is available for stays between Sunday and Thursday nights. No Fri/Sat nights are included. Two night minimum, however additional nights can be added to extend your reset (no additional credit or breakfast hampers for additional nights).

The Dining Room is open for lunch 7 days a week and for dinner midweek on Thursday nights. Thursdays have a special menu called Rosie's French Table. The Wine Garden is open for lunch 7 days a week.
