• Available to stay from 18 December 2024 to 28 February 2025. Not transferable outside of validity dates.  
• Available on new bookings only, not to be used in conjunction with any other offer and subject to availability.
• $150 estate credit per stay.  To redeem the credit, you must charge $150 worth of eligible items to your Villa.  This will be credited to your account upon check out.
• If any amount of the credit remains unused, a refund or transfer of credit will not be available.  All inclusions to be redeemed during your stay and are not transferable.
• Rates are based on two adults.

Plan your stay

• Cupitt's Dining Room is open for lunch seven days a week and for dinner Wednesday to Saturday (extended during the busy period).
• Villa check in from 3pm, however you are welcome to arrive at the Estate from 11am. Wine tastings are available from 11am and lunch in Cupitt’s Dining Room from 11.45am.
• In-room dining is available for dinner in the evenings when Cupitt's Dining Room is closed. Must be pre-ordered by 5pm the day prior.
• The Dining Room is not open for breakfast service, however, barista made coffee is available from the Bar every morning from 9am.
• Additional in-room continental breakfast hampers may be purchased for extended stays for $35 per hamper. Must be pre-ordered by 5pm the day prior.
